1. Cancellation and renewal

Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Taxes may be added at checkout. Cancel in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; Pro access continues through the paid period end unless law requires otherwise.

2. Credits

Verified Free accounts receive a one-time grant. Pro receives 1,000 credits per paid period and can roll subscription credits up to 2,000. Eligible active Pro accounts may buy 800-credit top-ups. Reservations can temporarily reduce available credits. Expired subscription credits are removed; Free and top-up credits persist. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

3. Refunds and chargebacks

Mandatory consumer-law rights remain unaffected. A voluntary refund is available within seven days when credits from that payment have not been used. Duplicate charges are refunded. A confirmed service failure may receive money or credit remediation. Consumed credits are otherwise non-refundable; unused requests after seven days are reviewed manually. Refunds or chargebacks may create a negative credit balance. Contact [email protected].
